The Site provides information about Shemsana products, our production and services, and lets you send contact and quote requests.

Product descriptions, nutrition values, shelf life, packaging and certificate information are for general information and may change without notice. Binding product specifications are set out in our written quote and the contract.

Requests sent through the Site are not binding orders or offers. Prices, quantities, delivery and payment terms are confirmed by the Company's written quote and the agreement of both parties.

The Shemsana name and logo and the texts, photographs, videos, catalogue and design of the Site belong to or are licensed by the Company. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified or used commercially without the Company's written permission. Short quotations with attribution and a link are allowed.

• Do not use the Site for unlawful purposes.
• Do not try to disrupt the Site, bypass its security or gain unauthorised access.
• Do not collect data from the Site in bulk by automated means.
• Do not send false information, spam or harmful content through the forms.

The Site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, our social media accounts and Google Maps. Those providers are responsible for their content and privacy practices.

The Site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect damage arising from using or being unable to use the Site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Mersin have jurisdiction over disputes.
